SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Regions: We currently only ship within the United States. Orders outside the US may not be accepted.
Delivery Times: Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Risk of Loss: Once your order is shipped, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct.
Customs and Import: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Stingray Blades is not liable for packages held or delayed by customs.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS POLICY
Return Policy: We offer a 15 day return policy for unused and unopened products. Returned items must include original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product is inspected and approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges: Exchanges may be allowed for defective or damaged items. Please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.
Exclusions: Customized products, clearance items, and products damaged by misuse are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
